Trainee Recruitment Consultant - No Business Development
Realistic first year's OTE £35,000 and £50,000 in your second year
Are you working in the financial services arena and would like a new challenge?
We are an independent recruitment agency committed to servicing clients and candidates in the financial services industry. We are fast becoming one of the major players in the Financial Services & General Insurance sectors. We now seek to obtain a trainee recruitment consultant to join our team at our head office in Nottingham.
The Role -
• We have secured many new contracts and now have 100's of vacancies that need filling. No business development needed by you as all vacancies will be provided
• Headhunting candidates, interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with our clients and submitting shortlisted suitable candidates to their vacancies.
You should expect to be billing and earning commission by your sixth week, as you will be given live vacancies to work from.
What are we looking for in a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
Ideally to have worked as a mortgage adviser/financial adviser or have a sales background in the financial services arena.
A strong sales ability.
Enjoy the challenge of working to targets and the competitive environment.
